Welcome to AiDirectorMe. By creating an account or purchasing casts you agree to these terms.
The service
AiDirectorMe is a library of AI-generated shots. You can browse clips, copy their generation prompts, and use casts to generate a version of a shot featuring a face you upload. A cast is one AI generation of one shot with your chosen face; results are AI-generated and may vary in quality and likeness accuracy.
Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
- New accounts receive 5 free casts; additional casts can be purchased in packs.
Purchases & credits
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- All sales are final — cast credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Cast credits never expire, but each generation consumes one credit even if you dislike the creative result. If a generation fails technically, contact us and we will restore the credit.
Likeness & consent
- Only upload faces of yourself or of people who have given you their clear permission to appear.
- Do not upload images of minors, public figures, or anyone without consent.
- You retain rights to the photos you upload. You grant us the limited license needed to store them and generate the casts you request.
- Share links make a cast viewable by anyone with the link — only share casts of people who agreed to appear.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to create content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, or intended to deceive (including impersonation or misinformation). We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Your content & ours
- You may use the casts you generate for personal and commercial projects.
- The shot library, prompts, site design, and brand remain the property of AiDirectorMe.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" during active development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific generation results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves; continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
